CFO...shoot my now! I am terrible at typing and have missed the second "e" in Taiwanese! I should be dragged out into the street and skinned alive as a warning and example to all others! I have fat, ugly fingers and can't hit the keys right. Call 911 before I spread and infect the universe!

To us in North America, it may look like the Taiwanese and Chinese are bad drivers. Rules exist, but are taken more as suggestions. But the thing is, everyone over there drives like that, so even though it is a very different driving style there, people pay attention really well, and end up being good drivers (in THAT style!) You can not drive like an american over there, nor can you drive like a taiwanese over here.

Hahaha... Why are Taiwanese such horrible drivers? You should rephrase you question, to Why are Asians such bad drivers? They buy such fancy cars, but they drive so recklessly that infuriates most drivers.

Asians in general are bad drivers. In Viet Nam 1965 South Korea was our ally. Sharing the road with them you would have thought otherwise. Lots of vietnamese where I currently live they drive no better. I could tell stories for hours about bad Asian drivers.

At least when people honk at each other in Taiwan there isn't the anger behind it like here in the US. Honking is just to let people know you're there; it isn't a bellicose "f-u".

you are wrong! Taiwanese are good drivers, and have good driving skills. try to drive in Taiwan next time, you will see how worst you drive.
