The bible defines sin, Read 1St John 3:4 Sin is breaking Gods Commandments. Example the 10th commandment says "not to covet" now read Romans 7:7

Choosing to do an action that God said not to do, or avoiding an action that would be what God wants people to do. I am not a dictionary, but there you have it!!! I have done both, so I know....plus I'm Catholic, so I know my way around a confessional.
