Like everyone else is saying, they made the 4th through the 6th movies first which was back in the 1970s. The names of the Star Wars movies that came out in the 1970s were A New Hope, Return Of The Jedi, and The Empire Strikes Back. Then, they made the 1st through 3rd movies from 2000-2005. Those movies were called Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, Episode 2: The Clone Wars, and Episode 3: The Revenge Of The Sith.

Oh you silly girl.
There are already an episode 4 5 and 6. They are usually referred to as the "original trilogy". You should watch it sometime.
But no, George Lucas has already made the decision that he will not make any further Star Wars films. However, I believe they are coming out with a TV show or two in the next year or so.

Star Wars 4 was already made back in 1977. But I have heard that there will be more Star Wars movies with or without Lucas. Do you relaly think that 20th Century Fox is relaly just gonna let Star Wars go away when it has made them sooooo much money???

Four has already been out. You are thinking Seven. The answer right now is NO, but that might change if they can get every thing together to do all three movies at once like Lord of the Rings. Of course that would cost a fortune.

Maybe...but it wouldn't be four. George Lucas wrote the whole story back in the seventies, but it was too long, so he only released parts 4-6. Now that he has the technology and the money he released parts 1-3. But he wrote parts 7-9. When Part 1 was released, he said he was going to make them all, but I don't know if that's still true.
