Thank you, it is not just to get her into the U.S. I really love this girl (yeah kind of weird being she is over seas) . I just need any legal info so that it can happen!

Depends on if it's a real marriage or not. It's kinda against the law to marry someone just to get them into the country. It becomes very obvious if you get a divorce right away.
Talk to an immigration lawyer. They are the ones most likely to be be able to answer your questions.

First off get her a u.s. visa and a passport. once allowed here contact local immigration office and fill out necessary forms/ pay their fees and file them... Damn simple especially if you marry her after being here during a legal visit...Just tell the man she wants too come here too go shopping as a short term tourist..Dig???
PS: I will take a donation for this one!!

you need a lawyer. they could file the paperwork for a fiance visa, and then once that goes through ( be prepared it can take up to a year) you have i think ninety days to get married.
The retainer for the lawyer is fairly expensive, but if you love her then it would be worth it.

You can marry her in her country, and then come back to the US and apply for a "Relative Petition". This should give her a visa to the US. Then, if she wants, she can apply later for citizenship.
