First....why are you asking this question in the "pregnancy" area? I hope you don't plan on selling your unborn baby.
For a very quick $500...you have a few options:
1) Sell some street drugs.
2) Rob a convenience store.
3) Strip topless in a gentlemans club (this may require for you to do quite a few couch dances).
4) Find a loan shark.
5) Dress up all hoochie like and stand on a busy corner downtown. Don't accept less than $50 bucks per pop. It will take all night...about 10 trips down a dark alley...but you'll eventually scrape up the money you need.

If you want to get $500 in one day i think you should ask someone to barrow the money and then pay them back when you can. Or you can ... bet on something youll know youll win. Or you can ask your parents.

Borrow it from people that you know.
If it's for an abortion, you should be able to get a bill from the clinic instead of having to pay up front, which would give you at least a month to get the money.
