I have never seen the word Vigilante in the word Hero.
I still don't see it, Do you?

Andrea Yates may have committed a crime, but there is evidence to show that she was not in her right mind.

No. I would consider that a person who has no idea what the Constitution says. Trial by jury and that jury has spoken. A National Hero is not someone who thinks s/he's above the very thing that defines our Nation.
