Disney World was incredably boring.....
Epcot was interesting, if your in the mood for it
Universal was beyond cool
but I'd say Islands of Adventure was more my drift. The rides were amazing, especially 'the hulk'. I rode it a good 8 times in a row in 6th grade. I don't know how thrilling it would be now.... but all of the rides seemed to be really cool. I enjoyed it a lot more than any of the others

It depends on what you want. If you are looking for thrill rides and action, go to Islands of Adventure or Universal. My family and I don't go on vacation to Disney for the rides, we go to Disney because it is Disney. We do visit Universal when we go to Florida, but usually only for the day. If I want thrill rides, I will spend a whole lot less money and go to Cedar Point or Six Flags. The roller coasters are better, and I can see basically similar shows and characters. For my money, I will take Disney.

Islands of Adventures. I've never been there, but I was outside the gates (my family chose Universal so we walked right by it). Roller Coasters as far as the eye could see.
