Will he be a brilliant white or just have a great tan from such a long vacation? They say he will return on a cloud. Is this a ship or just a plane? What will be his attitude? will he be overweight or buff from working out?

That'll depend upon where he is born. I tell you one thing is for certain though. The first time around there is NO WAY he would've been a caucasian with red hair and blue eyes. That's simply how the Europeans portrayed him. Nobody actually has a clue what he looked like (shroud of Turin was proven as a fake) and the first representation of him was some 250 years after his death which didn't look anything like todays images.
But he already has returned but the Christians burned him at the stake for being a heretic. That's the problem. First time he was here he wasn't preaching Christianity. Christianity as such was created some 300 years AD based upon other peoples perceptions of his teachings. So when he returned and tried to continue his teachings the inquisitors took care of him.
Hmmm next time around I think he'll look like the Dalai Llama but shorter and with bigger glasses.

He will look like a 50 foot tall mound of pulsating flesh with giant oozing pustules. Like a great festering lump of pig organs.
"I am Jesus", He will say.

Then everything will go dark.
