I am running windows XP service PK 2 I change my themes manytime but that not whut i'm asking whut i'm asking is how do you move the bar and put it on any other side of the screen i'm talkign about the bar um... the name is the taskbar...how do you move the position of the task bar...i want it to be on the left or on top..>TY

well 1st right click on it then press "lock the taskbar" option notice tht it has a check on it when u press it the check will go away, afterwards click on it again this time drag it to where u wanna put it w/o unclicking it i think tht aught 2 work

Why would you want to do that? Just do this: right-click the taskbar, then select Properties, and don't change anything except this-- put a check mark in the box that says "Auto-hide the task bar". Now, your taskbar won't be there, unless you put your mouse down there, and it will magically appear.

im not to sure but just keep clicking around on bits and pieces of it and dragging it and eventuallt it will move. Trust me :)
