i asked who looks like there avatar? and someone reported me. this isnt the first time someone reported me for something like this. i mean arent there alot worse questions to report?

I think it's because the question you asked is specifically against the rules. Some people really like others to follow the rules if they are having to follow them themselves.
It might not hurt for you to review the rules.

People report the stupidest things in here. A girl asked a question regarding what to do about her mom and her unborn child and some jerk reported her and told her that it was inappropriate. Some people in here are just jerks like that. Ignoer them. I onced asked a question involving my long lost dad and how to contact him. I got reported too. Don't let those people get you down though. You'l never know if you don't ask.
