Has that been cleared by your doctor? I wouldn't want to push my healing status. Take it easy.....maybe go for a SHORT walk. Or something extremely gentle, as already recommended. You know your body best......do what feels right for it.

One week after my hysterectomy I was still trying to get the hang of breathing normally again. Please take it easy. Walk a few steps at a time several times a day. Eat lightly and rest often. Pamper yourself for awhile! Do some mild range of motion exercises but NOTHING strenuous. Talk to your surgeon about this and take their advice!!

Whatever it is, it should be GENTLE. You don't want to aggravate any of your stitches, internal or external. Ask your doctor.
Walking is ok, as long as it's gentle, not the power walking you see. Sit ups, crunches, and other abdominal-focused work outs should be excluded from your work out.
