Can i get a new jersey motorcylce license if i don't have a new jersey drivers license?

well down here in texas & i beleive the rest of the US u can take ur drivers licence test first!
when thats all done, u take the motorcycle test & it is just added to ur drivers licence!
so 1 licence covers both a motorcycle & car!

you need to already have a driver's license, after you get a driver's license, you can get a motorcycle license...good luck :)
