This is a very delicate situation and I think that you need to find solace and support in your friends and family. Miracles do happen but I don't think anyone on the computer has the capacity to say if you are with or without child.
This is an incredibly hard time for you right now and you need time to digest the information that was given to you.

You should have been able to see the heartbeat by now. Your doctor will likely schedule you for a D&C if you don't miscarry naturally or show some sign of a normal pregnancy soon. If you do have a D&C, you should make sure that your doctor has the tissue sent to a pathologist to determine whether it was a molar pregnancy so you can be treated and monitored as needed.

I am very, very sorry for the tough time you are having. I hope things turn out for the best for you.

If you are 12 weeks along they should have been able to see and hear the heartbeat and see some kind of form to the baby. Even at 9 weeks I was able to see the arm buds, legs, and head. Most likely they will have to do a D&C and they will test the fetal tissue to see if it was a molar pregnancy. After a molar pregnancy it is recommended to not try to get pregnant again for a year and you have to make sure that you go in for paps, because it can mean a higher risk of certain female cancers. I'm sorry you are going through this. I had 3 miscarriages before having my son.

Maybe you are not as far along as you thought you were? When they did the u/s did they confirm that your dates were right? I hope that things go well for you. I will pray for you too. If it does turn out that you lost this baby just don't try to get pregnant too soon, look into how long is best to wait so that your body can heal and be able to handle another pregnancy first.
