If it's through your own doctor on your own money then "no".
If it's for work and they are paying for it then "yes".
Usually testing at work is through a random, surprise test not as part of the yearly exam.

It depends on the doctor & what the physical is for. Certain sports may require one, while just a regular yearly health exam may not. If you are using, you should talk to your doctor about it & make sure that the conversation is kept private, but ask for help & stop pissing away your life. Life is good...grab it by the b*lls and squeeze!;))

no. but if they try to and you are over 18 you can refuse and they are not allowed to do anything about it.
