Anemia. Go to your doctor, ASAP. I didn't know I had Anemia, and I had the same, same, SAME exact symptoms as you. Lack of hunger, and really tired, sometimes out of breath, lack of energy... Just go get your blood drawn, talk to your doctor. Anemia can get very severe and dangerous if not treated. If it's not Anemia it could be something else dangerous as well. Or it could just be the weather. Family members of mine have been feeling the same lately; drink lots of liquids and get lots of sleep somewhere cool. Make sure you get an AC if it's really extremely warm where you are staying.

Have you seen a doctor? You could have an infection; your thyroid could be malfunctioning; you could have allergies that are damaging your health; you could be depressed and not realize it. There are so many things that could be causing your symptoms but only a doctor can help you find out what is wrong. Please see one immediately. And good luck! I will pray for you.

Have your thyroid checked out. Even though you might be skinny, it can be the cause. The doc can do a simple blood test. Do you have Rheumatoid Arthritis??
