If you are talking about the extra wheel on the back bumper, it's called a Continental Kit. Fifth wheel refers to a semi truck style hitch used to pull large trailers. Radio is easy to replace. Pull off knobs and unscrew two screws from the top of the large plastic plate that covers the radio. There is one more screw at the bottom of the plate. Pull ash tray out to get to this screw. With the plastic piece off, you will see the small bolts that hold the radio in. There is also a nut on the bottom of the radio. Get to this through the ash tray opening. Pull the radio out and disconnect wires. Lots of room to add new radio. I have a 77 Caprice Classic.
