What would be fun horsey crafts for kids?

Many kids have model horses such as Breyers, etc. One fun thing to do is to make tack for your models, bridles, saddles, blankets, etc. Then make a little show ring and have a model horse show. The kids can make little ribbons and trophies as awards. Hours of fun.
