For the FUSE "Get Malled" Tour do the bands actually preform? Or do they just do interviews on stage?

FUSE is doing their "Get Malled" Tour at local malls. They said Aveneged Sevenfold, Atreyu and Flyleaf are preforming. Some kids around here were told that they don't actually preform they just do interviews and contests. What is the deal? Do they actually preform or not?

I would say getting bands means they play. How do you read it?
