Neither. Most of them feed their dead to the vultures. And no, I am not joking. It's referred to as "sky burial".

yes, i have seen the videos of the sky burial, u should watch it, but to many of them, it's kinda gross on how they treated the dead and feed the vultures after that, though i wouldn't mind feeding my body to the vultures after i died, help to save a few more birds in starvation.

cremation is a part of buddhism so I'll go with cremate.
