1. Sleep. Everything looks better after a good night's rest.
2. Hang out with the girls. They help keep things in perspective and they validate my feelings when I need it.
3. Cry, if necessary. Why not?
4. Run. I love the feeling of air moving around my body. That gives me something else to focus on.
5. Blog. I blog on my 360 page and on MySpace. I type whatever is on my mind.
6. Read obnoxious chick lit, especially Brit chick lit. Again, why not?

move on, get busy doing activities you like, take time for yourself.
