i am really gunshy at this point, 1st time married too young, 2nd time too fast, both times non-catholics. I don't normally do this but i am feeling a little blue tonight.

Yes there is hope...but the focus needs to be on just doing things that are fulfilling ...do not look for your mate...God will send him. Fill your time with all the things that make you happy, do not
think your mate can do this for you. No person can make another happy. You have to find happiness within your own self, doing things that excite you and motivate you! Move outside the box and begin to experience things that you only thought about...the
man you are looking for will not be found if you are looking for him...you have to let God do that...just BE! I mean just become
happy doing things that make you happy, study, read, volunteer
somewhere, don't get a pet...pets keep you tied down, and keep
you from operating outside of the box...unless you have loads of money and can just board your pet everytime you need to leave
to pursue your happiness.

Gee, only 45, your still young at heart, what you need to do is join some clubs, yeah, I know, your thinking, everyone tells you that! I was in the same boat, married too young, then fell into a couple of relationships, but alas I have a problem with liars, yes, thats right, people that tell you they are one thing or show you that they dont mind certain issues, and when your six months into relationship they become their true selves. I can only suggest that you take some time with the next relationship, dont get involved too quick, which is what happens when your lonely, and it never works out, so get out and I dont mean to "meat markets", I mean take up some hobbies, sports, interests, etc I am sure you have got somethings that you would have like to do, and before you know it

hey I'm 52 and had 3 husbands, the last was 4 or 5 years ago - I started dating a neighbor of mine before my last divorce was final. So yes there is hope always! Do things you like and go places you want to go and you will find someone you like and can get along with.

Is there hope yes there is as long as there are fish in the sea just be more patent on who you are getting involved with and don't rush in as they say. And as for feeling blue that is natural you want the intimacy of a mate and the ones you found so far are not it

it all depends upon how you are in your behavious, looks and thinking. There are good males who are looking for good females to run lives. Even if you have children yet they wouldnt mind. The only thing is that whhere do you look for them. well online dating can be harmful. If you were muslim a lot of males would have opted for you because we have a sense of community and a sensse of family too. And being a catholic means you are very close to Islam we too respect jesus, Mary etc.
