"Dizziness" is a very vague term that people use to describe different things. Is she lightheaded and feeling weak or faint, or does she feel as if the room is spinning? Spinning dizziness is called vertigo and usually suggests an ear disorder.
Food poisoning typically gives you upset stomach and/or diarrhea, and the resulting dizziness is usually because of dehydration from not being able to keep anything down.
If you're in the USA, there have been some very hot days in much of the country lately, so again I'm inclined to think it's dehydration. The lack of any other symptoms really suggests that it is not an inner ear issue -- or are there things you've left out, like hearing loss or ringing in the ear(s)?
If she's not nauseous, have her drink some orange juice and eat some toast - maybe with peanut butter or cinnamon toast to give it a little flavor and substance; then gradually encourage her to eat and drink more if she can tolerate it. If she's still dizzy then call the doctor in the morning.
If she is delirious, out-of-it, or has a fever, get her to the Emergency Room, because that could be something more serious, like heat exhaustion which requires IV fluids, or some possible neurological or cardiovascular problem.

Well for one,you know u have high blood pressure. When u exercise that increases it even more. That's why you get all the symptoms you get.For one go to your local pharmacist and get something for your h.b.p.They have over the counter herbals that you can take you lower your b.p. eat plenty of bananas. People think that bananas doesn't helps. Yes it does. Diet doesn't work neither taking salt from your diet. But when u do take away your salt that''s a good think as well cuz u have h.b.p. and salt causes your heart to enlarge when u have b.p. problems. So take away the salt. Try some garlic pills that's great as well. Fish oil and a multivitamin a day.

She may have a inner ear infection. If her equilibrium is off, due to an infection, this can cause dizziness. She could have swimmers ear if she has been swimming lately. This happens if you get water stuck in your ear. Best to have a doctor check.

one of the most common cause of dizziness is pregnancy... she might be pregnant... but other than that it can also be caused by stress of a consecutive days of hard work... it can also be cause of anemia... try to let her take ferrous sulfate... or any multivitamins to regain her energy and strength...but if your not sure still and you think its quite bad alreay, then go and see for a doctopr to check her...

It could be many things...
ear infections, vertigo, high blood pressure, etc.
Go see the Dr. because it could be something this simple or something more such as tumor on/in the brain.
