Yeah, that sucks. Is she staying with you or your familly for a while or something? If so, definatly intervention. I don't know the politics of your family but you should get them together and really sit her down. Whether she wants to or not.
Maybe when she sees and hears her own family talk to her and know that they know what she does and how she's living it might make her wake up. But crack is a nasty thing so she'll probably need some kind of detox or rehabilitation, if she can't keep herself away from it.
You can't be high and mighty either. Have to be on her level and don't degrade her. Let her know that she is degrading herself.

First thing to mention is that you cannot help her if she doesn't want help.
I would however suggest that you get her into a rehab facility asap.
