I would eat but it's no big deal to stay awake that long. Just don't drive.

Not dangerous at all. Just don't plan on doing anything that requires a lot of concentration, such as driving or taking a test. You can go without sleep for 3 to 5 days before you simply fall into a deep sleep and stay like that for almost a whole day. As for eating, you can go without eating for more than a week, just as long as you stay hydrated.

Really dangerous The body cant sustain normal function without proper hydration, not eating or sleeping for ever how long can cause numerous health promblems such as acne weight loss depresion mood swing . the body also has a what you can a saftey mech like when your sick it well use what ever energy you have to sustain homostasis, lack of fod or sleep robs the body of this source so yuo well also get very ill. so try to eat on a regular basis and sleep no a days its hard to get that 8 hours but something is better than nothing.

Pretty bad, but make sure you keep yourself well hydrated because 3 days of not drinking will shut your body down starting with the kidney failure. A little snacks here and there helps as well. Depending on how well rested you were before the 2 days of no sleep, you can become totally worthless to others and to yourself as you start to make dumb mistakes that could potentialliy cost you your life and have hallucinations. If you were well rested before, it'll be tough but not as bad, but you'll feel extremely drained. Body is a pretty good gauge of what you need. If tired, sleep. If hungry, eat. Take care of the body and it'll do the same for you.

Sounds like a very young puppy and you should be very careful with him. Feed him glucose diluted in water with a syringe. This would give him water as well as energy. Did the vet examine him and take temperature before he gave the shots? I just wonder if the puppy was a little under the weather, as he was trying to adjust to the new environment without his mother, when he got the shots. The vaccination would stir up things inside him. Is he feverish? I would watch closely for 24 hours. In the meantime let him sleep and as soon as he wakes up feed him with glucose water and some congee (rice boiled in a lot of water). Puppies mustn't get dehydrated. Unless he is very thin or else he won't starve to death for a couple of day without food.

Not that bad -- unless you are driving a car or doing some heavy drugs.

Your body will give you signs to do what it wants to do.

You can become pretty unhealthy from doing that. Your body gets run down, and has no "fuel" replacing the energy your body is taking.
