the docter told us we may have to wait upto a year before ovulating again is there any steps or things we can do to start ovulating sooner or is this the standard time it can take? Thanks

You can find out if you are ovulating by taking your temp. every morning b4 u do anything. When the temp is up, u r ovulating. time to have sex.

Every one is different. I was on the shot for 6 years and the pill for one year. I forgot the pill one time and got pregnant. At the time I was eating Harvest Bars, Stacker 2 and drinking coffee. I kept an egg in my bedroom according to eastern mythology and whispered "Prepare this womb." just before my man ejaculated. I also have a high fertility rate though so I am not sure if there's a correlation

My sister was on it for 12 years, stopped it & was pregnant within 30 days. I think it depends on the person.
