First of all, 'Tempted to be touched', do not use this question as an opportunity to post agnostic proselytism spam. The following webpage conclusively proves the truthful cosmology:

So, your proselytism has now backfired, because I would not have posted that revealing information had you not spammed.
Now, to answer the question:
The planet itself won't be destroyed for another 6 billion years when the sun turns
into a red giant.
The human species however, is a different matter. I do not believe that the human
species will kill itself outright, but will come close to doing so, and will reduce itself
to a backwards cesspool that is incapable of ever recovering and becoming
anywhere near as successful as the first world countries are now.
1. The nuclear and bioweapon threat: North Korea and Iran are making nukes to
use on the United States. Neither the United States nor other countries are willing
to get their @sses off their comfortable couches and take military action against
either country (much less both) before it's too late. Not only will the nukes from
those 2 rogue countries kill tens of millions of people initially, they will also spread
fallout throughout the world, causing global chernobyl, though not as bad as
chernobyl per-capita, but effecting many times more people.
2. global warming: Global warming causes horrible heat and humidity and resulting
fatigue, spread of otherwise equatorial disease, more devastating hurricanes, and a
higher water level from the melting of polar ice. In the case of the polar ice caps, the
temperature rises at a quicker rate because ice, which is white, reflects light back
into space, such that the loss of ice causes a positive feedback which amplifies the
temperature increase. Global warming alone can not kill the human species, but it
can certainly make us suffer and stagnate a great deal.
3. resource depletion: Greedy business executives, many of which influence
governments, and many willfully blind theocrats and fascists, are opposed to any
sort of renewable energy, such as solar, wind, tidal, and biomass power. As a
result, all oil and natural gas will soon be depleted. We would then switch to coal
and nuclear, but eventually those would be depleted in time, and in the meantime
the coal plants would pump large amounts of sulfur and mercury into the
atmosphere, and in turn contaminate the soil and waters. Even today, in China, the
people would rather deal with the air pollution from the coal plants than use other
sources of energy. Eventually all electrical power will cease and vehicles will have
no oil (which will happen first is uncertain, but by the modern indefinitely-rising gas
prices, it looks like the vehicles will be the first to go). With the loss of most
electricity and vehicles comes the loss of industry and much of society's wealth and
higher function. What electricity is provided by hydroelectric plants and other
renewable sources will become increasingly expensive, such that electrical power
will eventually only be available to the very rich. This problem overlaps with global
warming, because the non-renewable energy sources that are based on fossil fuels
cause global warming.
4. Overpopulation and land consumption: The population of the United States and
many other countries rises ever higher, and the land is all being bought up by
wealthy theocrats that breed prolificly. Eventually only the rich will be able to afford
actual land; everyone else will live in condominium units at best, else be apartment
renters or other slaves. Certainly their will be very few small autonomous farms.
Less land ownership and autonomy in turn means more poverty. It is evident that
most people do not care about overpopulation. Many of the people that DO care
about overpopulation are doing the exact opposite of what they should be doing-
they are deciding NOT to have children, whereas they should be making as many
children as possible so as to pass on the genes of rightful social responsibility that
prevent overpopulation. Instead, it is the people that oppose population control
(many of them theocrats), that are breeding the most, thus passing on the genes that
cause their children to oppose population control, thus causing the problem to grow
exponentially worse. Eventually, the overpopulation and related land consumption
will strip bare all of the remaining beautiful places of the world, including all of the
the national parks and other wilderness areas, to make room for grazing lands and
farm lands to feed the people. There won't be much privacy either. This problem
overlaps with the energy depletion and global warming problems also, because
more people means a larger energy demand, both for electricity and vehicles.
Overpopulation also excacerbates any spread of tropical disease that is caused by
global warming.
To summarize: nukes, radioactive fallout, mercury and sulfur contamination from
coal plants, global warming / heat / humidity / flooding / disease / hurricanes,
complete loss of electrical power and vehicle fuel, and overpopulation. i.e. a
cesspool. There is a saying "The world [meaning humans] will end not with a bang,
but with a wimper.". The truth is that the world will end not with a bang or a
wimper, but with a puke or a defecation.

Our international would end for people however the international itself won't end for some time. The moon is the earths gyroscope. Its what motives it to tip and tilt. The moon strikes removed from the earth approximately an inch and a a million/2 a twelve months. In one thousand million years the moons gravitational effect would be long previous. it will be to a strategies away. The earth will tip and tilt willy-nilly to the graceful tugs of a strategies away planets. there'll be no poles or equator. The earth would be fraught with fairly violent storms. it will be a hellish place to stay. the only residing organisms that would have any peace are the creatures interior the deep ocean. In approximately 3 billion years after that the sunlight would have exhausted its gas. lighting fixtures fixtures out!

It will be an asteroid coming close enough and disturbing our orbit to make floods and conflagrations wiping many continents and leveling the sea and shaking the moutains or just colliding with our planet with an effect of a nuclear bomb 7000 times stronger than the ones of Hiroshima and Nagasaki , most creatures wont escape being wiped out from the face of the planet as the dinosaurs which became extinct from an asteroid hitting mexico some thousands of years ago. Athough they rode the face of the earth for millions of years and they were very strong and fit to live they coudnt escape their fate ,, So which asteroid would have OUR name on it? time would tell .. it could be tomorrow or or in a thousand year .... MY advice is : please humans stop fighting and find ways to save humanity we are in constant threat of extinction like the dinosaurs,, we escaped this fate many times in the past but we cant guarantee that forever, Instead of fighting each other for greed and money we should concentrate on finding ways to avoid this unavoidable catastrophic event

We each have our own worlds. They only exist due to observations and expectations. When a Bokonist decides to kill himself he says"today , I will destroy the world", We all are what we ,collectively and individually, believe ourselves to be. Personally , I believe we sliding towards a nuclear holocaust. But that wont end the world.

we will invent computers that think like we do. then, they will become self-aware, and then take over the nuclear warheads of the world. the computers will drop the bombs on us, and we sill all die. then, the computers will use up all the earth's resources and the erath will be doomed.
