I think it is fair for them to race but I don't think it's fair for them to outrace them because they have better sponsors which means better cars. I think it's unfair to bring your NEXTEL cup money and sponsorships with you.
It is a great opportunity when the Busch is running the same track as NEXTEL for the drivers to get extra laps before they run the race on Sunday. they have a better feel for the place which is actually a disadvantage to the NEXTEL drivers who don't run the Busch.
That's a hard one to call because they should have the right to race if they got the backing and the car

Yes its fair because It helps the Nextel teams out by seeing how the car drives in the Busch race so they can apply it to the Nextel race. The most nextel drivers only race a select few races they are not really part of the championship race but then you have drivers that still have contracts in the busch series

It's fair because the rules allow it. Until NASCAR changes the rules, ANYBODY with the skills to race at the high level are allowed to qualify and race in any of the three major NASCAR Series (Cup, Busch, and Trucks).

I think they need to modify the rules, however, because the Busch Series is quickly become a secondary series for the Cup teams. There are any competitive cars hardly that aren't teams owned and driven by Cup teams and drivers. If NASCAR doesn't watch itself, the Series may falter. I say this because at the time the Cup cars changed enough that the advantage so racing in the Busch Series isn't there, there won't be enough teams to fill a field.

it is all about the money! The communities that the cup drivers are using for in the Busch sequence are merely an extension of their cup communities! each and every in certain situations they even use an identical pit crews at both the cup and Busch races. those communities are better funded than the Busch communities. yet Nascar and the music vendors choose them there to assist draw a crowd! I say it is okay for them to race, yet no factors ought to be provided. In different words you could't run for factors, motive force or proprietor, in both sequence together. As a cup motive force you could win the Busch race and get the first position money, even if the winners factors bypass to the utmost ending Busch everyday! it really is seems straightforward to me! They get the crowds they choose, even if it would not outcome the out come of the sequence for the adult males merely commencing out who're no longer besides funded! And sure, i recognize it is nationwide!!!

No, I think NASCAR should limit the number of races cup drivers can race in the NBS. I always felt that NBS was like the minor league of the sport, and should be where the young guys could make a name for themselves, but now there are way too many cup drivers racing in it every wee.

Limit it to like 10 races. It'd be like they do with testing. That way the cup teams would have to decide when and where they would want to get that extra info on the track they will race on the next day in the cup series.

It's fair, but I wish they didn't do it. That way you would have a distinct difference between the two. It would really give the other guys something to go for. Kind of like from going from Jr. Varsity to Varsity in sports.

Too many drivers driving in both series. Give new drivers a chance to join in.
