How do i get a medical of a person that has died, and he is the father of your children and we were'nt married

i have found out about a lot of health problems he had and i want to know what to look for in our children, since he is no longer around and his parents has moved away with no forwarding address? I'm asking for my childrens sake.

call the local hospitials and tell theme you need a copy of the mdical records for this guy for your childs health reasons they will mail it to you

Unless he was named on the children's birth certificates and they are the ones asking for the info personally, you can't get anything unless his family gives it to you. Sorry & good luck.
