Now I'm not sure if he's living with the girl I found out was still living with him. Sopposedly she had moved out. It wasn't even a formal break up it was more like a text saying "we need to cool things off for a while". So I'm debating.

Can't get any sweeter. Depending on the articles he left over at your place, tell him you'll drop them off at his place. Then here's what I'd do ( I recommend you do the same): I'd burn all of them, and tear some (like if clothing is involved), mix it up and throw it in a garbage bag. I'd meet him over at his place and hand over the bag, swiftly telling him how much I miss him and how I still adore him and need him...Then I'd kiss him on the cheek and leave. When he opens his beloved bag, there'll be a note saying "NOT..I'M SO OVER YOU" attached to a can of ashes...or something to that effect. Sounds bad-***, I know, but it sounds like he deserves it.

Don't feel bad about donating them to the Goodwill. Moving on with your life may be a good idea, and seeing him won't help matters for you. Besides, if those things were more important to him than, say, his other girlfriend, he would either asked for them back or stayed with you in the first place.

Oooh, those answers all sound so good. I would say burn them, but that is a little harsh. I'd personally return them to him and as he gets them tell him how petty he is and how perverted he is. He shouldn't treat women like that. Women are AWESOME! Tell him you'd like to burn the clothes, but you wanted to be higher than that, after all, you are higher than him, right? If he's so low to take advantage of women like that I'd show him in a mature way, though I must admit burning them does sound enticing.

Decide for yourself, though :).

Give 'em to Goodwill. What better revenge than seeing his fav sweatshirt being worn by some stranger on the street.

Oh and tell him to grow the hell up...who breaks up with someone over a text message??!?

Send them to his mother, or to him. Money and clothes are very testy issues. He left them as a reason to get back in with you over a common issue. He needs his stuff and if this does not work out he has you in the wings.

give him away to the less fortunate, that way you've done society a good deed and you wont have to see him again. I'm sure it ll be awkward calling him just to pick up a few clothing items. As long as its not his entire wardrobe, he'll manage.

I would consider sending them back so long as it didn't cost a lot of money to mail them--or if his family lives in town, I might drop them off there. If he hasn't missed them by now, I wouldn't be too worried.

Drop them off in the worst part of your town, preferably around some massage parlor or some gay area -- with a note attaced to each piece, if found, please call and put your ex-boyfriend's phone number inside.

He'll be able to pick them up himself that way.

Yes, do the right thing and put them in a box and either mail them to him or leave them at his door. No need to be petty now that he is out of your life.
