I think I would try to come up with a bunch of pranks, just because pranks are my thing. I would pull the pranks on my revenge victim for a week the day after i wanted to get revenge. I could maybe try a different prank every day or even more than one. I will "tepee'' their house one day, and other things other days.
They would think it's just bad luck, but really, it's just me pulling the Prankin' Palooza on them!
I also have wanted to just about kill them but it's illegal, so it can't be done.

I would call someone a poop-head in public.
Or if they have a cell phone I would dial a long distance number and toss the phone in the trash.
