Good question! I'd guess that they maybe use baby wipes to ensure cleanliness.

well I have a blind friend and they go to school to learn all these things and i introduced her to flush-able wipes and she still loves me for it. Their other senses do what our site can't but that gave her the extra security of cleanliness.

My Mom is blind. She doesn't know if she can't feel it. A little help is usually needed.

I think people normally know a couple good swipes gets the job done... I think their judgement on how well they should clean up really.

They go by feel and smell. Remember their remaining senses are much better than people who can see.

I think they use a bidet, either that or they wipe untill their anus is totally raw. I don't know...
