Only D. A & B are administrative tasks usually assigned to the Office Manager or equivalent. C should be reserved to qualified dog trainers, although some of the simpler matters could be addressed by veterinary technicians. Veterinary assistants usually do things like clean kennels, feed & walk animals, and may help hold less problematic patients. Use and maintenance of certain equipment is involved in this.

Below are some of the duties that a Veterinary Assistant trains to do:
Obtain animal health histories and records.
Provide specialized nursing care.
Assist in surgical procedures.
Wash, feed, and care for animals.
Cleaning and disinfecting cages and work areas
Sterilizing lab and surgical equipment
Providing routine post-operative care
Administering medication orally or topically
Preparing samples for lab examination, under supervision
Assist in grooming certain animals.
The training programs usually take almost a year of classwork, before you're qualified to go to work for a Vet and actually have an idea of what you're doing. As your experience and confidence builds, the vet may use you in numerous other capacities, that require more responsibility and experience, such as minor medical treatments, on your own.

The last one, maintaining equipment and supplies. If the individual is qualified for dog obedience, then maybe that one too, but I doubt it's part of the job description. But an assistant in any field is unlikely to maintain accounting records and never hires personnel.
