Bush has forgot or else we would have committed ourselves to getting Bin Laden instead of that Iraq crap we are in right now.
Remember Bush said "I could careless about Bin Laden". I often wonder if he would have said that if one of his daughters was inside the world trade center. Then all of a sudden it would have been important.
Bush doesn't want to capture Bin Laden because Bin Laden is Bush's boogey man. He uses Bin Laden to scare people out of their freedoms under "national security". Bush needs Bin Laden for these reasons so forget about Bin Laden being captured while Bush is in office.

Not convinced. I know people who saw the planes, both in Washington DC and in NY. There's much more to it than that, but the basic idea is, how do you keep a secret?
Answer: You don't tell anyone.
A conspiracy such as the one that Loose Change suggests would encompass a HUGE group of people. Why haven't the families who had loved ones killed said anything? Why hasn't someone from the government who was fired, or who quit, said anything? And HOW could a president have planned such an event after only being in office for eight months? Did Clinton, Bush 41, Reagan, Carter, and Nixon all help? What about members of the CIA, FBI, and NSA? And all the congress-people and senators that would have had to be in on it?
