Go to your state's web site for energy, U.S. government sites , Mother Earth News mag/site.
Make sure you know what you want in the house first. I'm taking about the layout footage height width interior materials stuff(tv refrig hifi computors etc.) These create loads that can work against the exterior passive stuff.
