I hate to say it, but a good self-manipulation session does it for me every time. Whenever I get all bent out of shape or feel the pressure mounting, I wax the dolphin and moments later am about as loose as Paris Hilton.

Music, but choose a slow nice song, not a rock and roll exciting song, those are best for when you want excitement not stress relief.

take time to yourself find a nice quite place count backwards from 10 and feel the stress just flowing out of your body

go joggin in the morning or afternoon
running is the best way to relieve stress
and build more self confidence...ofcourse
your body will feel REALLY tired in the begining
but youll get used to it and become to love it as i do.

I find that deep breathing and letting go of the stressors...breathing them out and breathing in calm works pretty well...In other words quiet meditation. PEACE!
