i gt onli average results...wish to get a degree in engineering overseas...hw much is the sch fees??hw long is the timeline? any website to refer?

You need at least 550 for TOEFL to apply. Write to the university you interested for application form, submit your application with certified true copies of your transcripts and wait for the acceptance letter if the school accepts you. After accepted by a university, you might need to proof financial abilities for the student visa.

I don't know if there any changes now, this was what I did almost 20 yrs ago... :-)

It costs way too much, The lines is 10 years waiting period, You should just stay home and study.

well you should research schools first - and you need to get your spelling/grammar much better - you will not pass the entrance exams with spelling/grammar like that
