the tv show involved some kids going into an abandoned post production set and they cleaned it up and started to make their own or what seemed to be their own videos and they had some small creatures that were always there.

KIDS Incorporated is DEAD WRONG!!!! The show was called "The KIDS SONGS TV SHOW!"

2 kids sat at NEWS ANCHOR desk to introduce Videos done by theirs friends. Sometimes, the viewers were invited to sing along using onscreen lyrics. they usually did 4 or 5 songs a show (half hour)
