Hey, that's normal, alot of people are that way. If you absolutely cannot control the urge to bleach your perianal region, please see a plastic surgeon for advice and have it done professionally. Bleach is not something you should be applying yourself to such a sensitive area. Ouch. What if you melt it shut or something? jk

there are skin bleaches on the market but be very careful rectal tissue is very sensitive and absorbs chemicals quickly.

try wiping the darker stuff off with some toilet paper... it's probably just poop you missed.
