Who was the man in the truck?The one who handed him his credit card back was that the one who was folowing them?At the end in the ambulance that sounded like Rusty so who was the man who kidnapped the girls?

The guy that was chasing them killed the guy in the ice truck and drove that truck into the hotel. when they are sitting there at the ambulance, you hear the killers voice over the CB. So he got away clean and made it look like the guy in the ice truck was chasing them.They dont show him killing him, it just shows that it was the ice guy in the semi slouched over at the hotel

Is it with that crazy truck driver who stalks those 2 guys and the girl?? If it is, I know the girl dies and so did that maniac.
The guy who gave back the credit card was the good guy. If I'm not mistaken, Rusty was the bad guy who tried to make it like the good guy was after them when it wasn't. Make sense?
