In the city directory of your phone book there should be a general info line at city hall....that person will be able to direct you to the proper person. Local authorities probably wont do much. They will probably put you through to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) Maybe called something else outside of Canada.

contact your local labor board. (usually in the Government section of the phone book) usually listed in the state government section, but you might be able to find one listed in your county(city) government section.
If company policy is to mail your check, you have to allow 7 business days to recieve.
If your company has an HR department you should speak with them first before you contact the labor board.

first of all why wont your boss give you pay check then call a lawyer he may also need to mail it to you if it is your pay check and he or she won't do that until the pay period is up good luck
