Depends on how much money you want to spent for it.

Another cam shaft combined with a better flowing exhaust pipe would give you some extra horses and but don't expect too much. Be happy if you get 5-10% more. A very well revised cylinder head can also give you another 5-10%. But the relation between horespower and price is not really good.

Thats why I suggest an aftermarket turbo or supercharger kit combined with an aftermarket engine managment system and changed camshafts. This would definitely give you up to 30% - 200% more power and torque. 30%-50% if you keep the rest of the car unchanged. For more than 50% forged piston rods, reduced compression, bigger injectors, maybe a stronger gear box etc. are necessary. Disadvantage is that this mod needs an initial amount of money that is not paid from the coffee cash.

If you've got only a couple hundred dollars and not that much mechanical skills, stick with basic bolt ons. You can easily find a cold air intake, header, and cat-back exhaust for it, and pick up a couple horsepower. Nothing earth-shattering, but enough to notice.

If you've got a lot of money, try a supercharger kit or turbo. They'll give you a lot more kick - like around 50 to 75 hp. If you're not sure where to find those, try http://www.steedafocus.com - they sell a lot of Focus parts, although for minor mods they may not have the best prices. I've bought a few little add-ons for my own Focus there.

Dude, its a focus. You should have bought a faster car if you wanted horsepower. And do not go to fordracingparts whatever you do, they will be the most expensive. A crappy car like a focus deserves Ebay parts. Just save your money and spend it on something else.
