Thor and Hercules have fought before and it was equally matched, at least as far as strength goes. Thor also has the hammer, lightning, magic strength gloves and belt, invulnerable armor, oh and all the power of Odin now. Gotta give the victory to the Odinson. Especially since he's come back from the dead.

In a way Thor is Hercules. Hercules has Zeus to strike thunder and Lightning. Thor has Moljnir given by Odin to strike thunder and lightning. Hercules is a man who becomes a god. Thor is a god that became a man. So the answer is no one will win

Thor, every time. I've NEVER seen Hercules beat him in a fight. Thor is slightly stronger and can summon lightning as well as fly. He ALWAYS kicks Herc's bottom.

I think Thor has come out on top of more of these battles. Plus, since he acquired the Odinforce, he should beat Hercules.

Thor. He is a real GOd. Herc is only part God. It would be one heck of a fight though.

Every battle they have fought within Marvel Comics has either been to a standstill or interupted by someone.
They are just too evenly matched for a clear winner.

Hercules is the God of Strength. He is Physically Stronger. Thor has the Strength of Thunder + Gauntlet + Belt + Armor + Helm. He is strong, but Hercules is still Physically Stronger.

However, Hercules he has given up War and Violence several times. He has not continuously Fought over the 4,000 Years he has been alive.

Thor is a Wargod with the Strength of Thunder, keyword War God. He has continued to fight over the years he has been alive. He has taken Fewer, Shorter Breaks from Violence than Hercules has, and he is about 3 Times as Old.

There is a lot more to War and Fighting, than Strength.

Besides, they are Kindred Spirits. They would never truly fight. They will trade blows and enjoy it, but they will never truly be enemies.

Interestingly enough, if Thor had fought and killed his half Brother Cron (Jord's Son), then Hercules would have never existed. That is, if you know the Family Tree. LOL
