Two or three crackers will do. You can also eat a cup of yogurt or a banana. When the label says "take with food," people think they have to eat a banquet or they will get an upset stomach, but this is not true. Just a little bit is all you need.

Some low fat cheese and water crackers perhaps..that is what I give to my patients :)

Crackers, a slice of bread, granola, yogurt, piece of fruit...it doesn't have to be something huge, only something to tie you over basically.
