Why is Islam so threatened by Jews?

They number only in the millions, while muslims have 1.3 or 1.6 billion. They live in a tiny part of the whole arab world...and they are the greatest threat to society?

Muslims believed in only one religion, theirs,any other religion is a false god. unforntunately they preach violence. Hezabolah, hamas, jihad they all have same thing in common "Islam" the common denominator is terrorism.

It all has to do with the land that Israel holds. The land is a holy place for the 3 major religions of the world and the Jews are outnumbered, you are right.

So if the Jews are outnumbered by Arabs in Israel then why are only Jews allowed to own land there? Why do they control the country if they claim to have some semblance of Democracy? The only reason that I can find is because they are financially and militarily backed by the U.S. Otherwise they would not be in control there. Truly though, with the Arab nations that seem to talk so tough about how Israel has no right to exist, they never act to do anything about it. It makes it seem like both sides are content to blow eachother up for the rest of eternity. It's all pretty dumb if you ask me.

I look at their situation like this . . . the USA has only been a country since 1776. Slowly, we took land from the Native American Indians and sent them to reservations. What if instead of staying in the US, they were ran out of the country completely and 1800 years later someone decided to give them a big productive section of the US--like California, Texas or New York. Doesn't matter who currently owns the lands, it was decided by all the non-USA countries that the land was their homeland and they could have it back for keeps. How would you feel if you had to give up the land your ancestors have owned for 1800 years? Yes, many of us believe the promises of having a homeland as mentioned in scripture, but the other side doesn't even accept those scriptures. On top of all this both religions claim various sites in Israel as holy sites.

I think that is enough to keep a fight going for a long while.

Both Jews and Arabs claim Abraham as the first of their tribe.

Both claim that God gave the land to Abe. Abraham had two sons.

Ishmael, the son of Hagar.
Isaac, the son of Sarah.

According to the Arabs, Abraham chose Ishmael as his heir.
According to the Jews, Abraham chose Isaac.

They have been fighting over the inheritance ever since.

Abraham should have had a good lawyer (probably a Jewish one, his mother would have been so proud) to draw up his will. Then the problem would have been resolved.

By the way. The international authority (UN) in 1948 partitioned the BRITISH Mandate into Israel and Palestine. (UNGA Res 181). So, according to international law, Israel does own that particular piece of real estate.
