So, Yes, I have tried to keep myself informed on what is happening in Afghanistan and Iraq. especially since my son is serving in Iraq with the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment

Recently the Taliban has made a minor comeback in Afghanistan. Things in Iraq remain in the same sorry state.

Saddam Hussein was not religious and didn't like the religiously fanatic Al-Qaeda, and vice versa.

Afghanistan was a border line legitimate war... Iraq isn't... tie the two together.... and you try to make both legitimate...
