I treat everything below 103* at home. Keep the Tylonol or whatever you give going.

I say over 100 also, but my son has had 103 fever before, and I was freaking` thinking he was going to get brain damaged, I called my doctors emergency line before I was ready to take him to the emergency room, but the nurse just says give him Motrin. It's like they don't take high fevers as seriously anymore or something.

100 and up

I would say 101 and up. Kids temps sometimes fluctuate but 101 and up, I'd call a Pediatrician.
