I'd go to bed.

If it is that time of night when you should go to bed then go! You don't want to throw your body'y alarm clock off. Nor do you want to be tired in the morning when you have to get up and get ready for work if that is what you are doing or even to just start your day.
Tomorrow is another day and you need to start it out by being alert and fresh not drugged and dragging!( just messing with ya!).

Go to bed. Nothing that exiting is happening right now that won't happen tomorrow. There is no TV show, talk with a friend, party etc. that won't happen again in the near future. If your body is tired, listen to it! Then tomorrow you will feel even better doing the things you would rather be doing now.

Go to bed. If you're tired, it's obviously time to hit the sack! Stay up later tomorrow night, if you want to, but get some sleep tonight.

If it's time to go to bed go to bed. If it's time to be up, don't go to bed. Get busy with something and keep yourself busy until it's time to go to bed. If you can't think of anything to do try to remember what you should be doing. Good luck.
