There's nothing stopping you, but if you have man boobs, a bra will only lift, seperate and cause more attention to them. If you just want to wear one for the heck of it and don't have man boobs, watch out because you can see the straps and stuff through a shirt if the bra is too tight around your body.

Honey, you can wear whatever you like. Do you think you really need a bra or are you more interested in crossdressing? Either way, it's ok. If it's that you have breasts, I would suggest a sports bra or a big training bra. If you want to wear one to feel girly, you probably need a push up style that's padded and has lots of lace.

I belive that there was an episode of "Seinfeld" addressing that. Kramer invented what he called the "bro", a bra for men. I do not, however, remember how this ended, or even what the plotline was.

I guess the question isn't can he wear one but should he wear one.
If you have man breasts and they are large enough to be painful then sure go ahead.
If you just think it will be fun then go ahead strap one on. You will find it to be a most restricting, uncomfortable, and irritating experience. ---ENJOY--

Why not......probably would be looked at strangley and maybe beat up quite regularly but if thats your thing maybe just do it while your alone at home or something.
