At the moment, Big Brother All Stars, Hell's Kitchen and Dirty Jobs.
During the regular season, Desperate Housewives, Lost, Amazing Race, CSI (Vegas, baby!), Survivor, Family Guy, the Sopranos.
Of all time, probably Friends, but then again, maybe The Shield..or South Park.

Sledge Hammer! Too bad it had, like, two seasons waaaay back in te late 80s.
Max Headroom was running a close second, very, very close, but Max didn't make enough appearances to beat out Sledge's sheer idiocy.
