Because all of us were born, and we don't have a choice whether to be born or not, we just find ourselves in this world. Maybe there is a bigger reason behind it all, maybe every person is here for a reason, but as we humans are already here, we live our lives, we may not know why we are here, but until our hearts stop beating, we will live, and after that, there may still be other lives for us to live as we may be born again in other circumstances or places until we finally find enlightenment. So we live and try to make this world a better place and help each other along the way. And why is this question in this category? You should have put it under Philosophy instead.

Because it's the only thing I've experienced. I havn't tried dying yet, but since it's such a permanent thing, I kinda want to avoid it until I have to. Plus, I like living.
